Statue made around 1910 by the Florentine sculptor ALBERTO SACCARDI (1883-1956).

The subject portrays a baby who sleeps on  a  bench leaning against a book; the child is made of white alabaster while the bench is carved on variegated ocher alabaster.

The  size  of the work, which enjoys an excellent general state of conservation, are 40 cm in height, 31 cm in width and  16.5 the depth.
